It’s an honor to welcome you to the High School Department at Bedayia International School (BIS). This critical stage of education serves as a gateway to our students’ future aspirations, where we focus on empowering young learners to achieve academic excellence, personal growth, and the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Our High School Department serves students from Grades 9 to 12, a formative age group spanning approximately 14 to 18 years old. These years are pivotal as students refine their interests, develop independence, and prepare for life beyond school. At BIS, we create a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages every student to unlock his/her potential, develop critical thinking, and embrace a love for lifelong learning.

Our high school program is designed to provide students with a rigorous and well-rounded education that prepares them for success in university and beyond. We are proud to follow the Common Core Standards, ensuring a strong foundation in key academic areas while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

In addition to the Common Core, our curriculum incorporates Advanced Placement (AP) courses, which equip students with in-depth knowledge and prepare them for the challenges of university-level coursework. Our goal is to inspire a love for learning while ensuring that students are prepared for the academic rigor of higher education.

To further support academic and career success, we offer comprehensive preparation for a range of standardized exams, including the ACT, EST, AP exams, French DELF, and IELTS. These exams play a crucial role in university admissions, and our dedicated faculty ensures students are thoroughly prepared to excel in them.

Beyond academics, our University Counseling Department is an integral part of the high school experience. This team provides personalized guidance and support throughout the university application process, helping students identify their strengths, explore their interests, and select the best-fit universities for their aspirations.
