Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
Welcome to Bedayia International School – A community of excellence!
Our primary responsibility is student learning and offering all students the educational opportunities that will maximize their potential. This responsibility is supported in our school’s vision statement “We aspire to be a leading educational institution that inspires and supports global minded citizens who have profound beliefs in their culture, values and heritage.” Today’s world demands students who think critically. We do this by challenging them in their learning experiences as they work to achieve their dreams. Within the graduation requirements of Bedayia International School Community, you will find expectations for each student to receive a well-rounded education. This includes a unique combination of rigorous academic standards and achievement in an inviting school culture.
The students of Bedayia International School are provided with numerous opportunities to be challenged as they learn and grow through advanced placement courses and criteria based curricula.
Bedayia International School strives for excellence in academics as well as extracurricular and co-curricular activities. One of our greatest strengths is the pride and support from our community, and our parents are critical contributors to the success of our students.

We at Bedayia International School provide our students with rigorous academic programs to prepare them for the demands of higher education.We aim to prepare students to contribute and thrive in a heterogeneous world. We will enable students to develop problem solving skills, a life-long passion for learning, and aspirations to be thoughtful leaders of their generation.
BIS is accredited from Cognia to offer American Diploma from K to G12. At BIS, we followThe Common Core State Standards Initiative whichis an educational initiative from 2010 that details what K–12 students should know in English language arts and mathematics at the conclusion of each school grade.
In Sciences, we offer The Next Generation Science Standards which is a multi-state effort in the United States to create new education standards that are "rich in content and practice, arranged in a coherent manner across disciplines and grades to provide all students an internationally benchmarked science education."
At High School we also offer AP courses; these are college-level courses for high school students. When students take AP courses and exams, they demonstrate to college admission officers that they have sought out an educational experience that will prepare them for success in college and beyond. Performing well on an AP Exam means more than just the successful completion of a course. Most colleges and universities accept successful exam scores for credit, advanced placement, or both.
