The curriculum is designed to allow each student to explore and increase body coordination as well as develop individual potential and abilities. The program focuses on fostering appreciation for good health habits, enjoyment of physical activities and sportsmanship ethics. Students are guided to work cooperatively with peers so as to develop team spirit. The aim is to develop high levels of co-operation, and competence while emphasizing long term good team relations rather than promoting aggression in competitive situations. The sports program develops and models guidance in three major objectives and priorities:

  1. Physical Fitness: specific sports skills, active   lifestyle and avoiding injury.
  2. Emotional Development: improved self-esteem, sense of identity, motivation, feelings of competence, control of emotions, enjoyment, personal achievement and self confidence.

Social Interaction: cooperation in competition, loyalty, conflict resolution, development of responsibility, commitment, awareness and understanding of fair play and objectivity.
